The Ethiopian Evangelical Baptist Church was established in March of 1983 in a public park located on maple Ave. in Dallas Texas. The meeting in the park was called and coordinated by Pastor Yohannes Eggigu and about ten Ethiopians living in the greater Dallas area were in attendance. Pastor Yohannes was a long time Ethiopian Airlines pilot prior to moving to Dallas with his family. The Lord used him as an instrument to plant this church. Read More!
